Our shopping cart calculates shipping based on order value.Starting 6/26/2008 all orders will be mailed First Class with Delivery Confirmation.Shipping charges are as follows. These rates apply to domestic and international orders.

0.00 to 15.00- $2.00

15.00 to 30.00- $4.25

30.00 to 60.00 -$5.00

Orders $60.00 or more qualify for free shipping.

If your order shows up as not delivered via the USPS website after 14 business days,MilanMinerals will gladly resend your order.Please do not count the 3-4 day order processing time when calculating this timeframe.International orders do not qualify for orders to be resent unless they are sent Registered Mail. International orders requiring a different shipping method please contact us at admin@milanminerals.com .

 Delivery confirmation is most times more than adequate.Once delivery is confirmed via the USPS website,MilanMinerals takes no responsibility for packages not received. Should your item show delivered yet you did not receive your package ,please contact your local post office.Please know your Post Offices/Carriers policy on Delivery Confirmation orders. Some carriers do leave these orders at the door,outside apartment doors /buildings etc.Others are courteous enough to leave you a slip so that your order can be picked up by you. Find out what kind of carrier you have!

Additional Shipping Options:

Signature Confirmation- MilanMinerals prefers this method of shipping because it assures your order is placed in your hands or signed for by someone in your home.If no one is available to sign for your order a notice will be left for you to pick your order up at your local post office. The cost for this an additional $1.45. You may add this option to your cart when checking out.

Express Shipping- Orders may be requested to be shipped express mail. This WILL NOT mean your order will process any sooner than our stated 3-4 business day time frame. Express shipping will only guarantee that once your order ships you should receive it in 1-2 days. Express mail is also delivered 7 days a week. The fee for this service is $16.25. This service can be added to your cart when checking out.Express mail includes $100.00 worth of insurance coverage.

Insurance- You may purchase insurance for your orders for additional peace of mind. Fees are as follows.

$1.65-$0.01-$50.00
$2.05-$50.01-$100.00
$2.45-$100.01-$200.00

These 3 levels of insurance will be available through the shopping cart. Should you require higher amounts of coverage please contact us at admin@milanminerals.com .

When ordering please consider some of the extra options available to you. As stated above,once shown as delivered,MilanMinerals does not refund or replace lost or stolen packages.There is no recourse for lost orders UNLESS you have purchased insurance for your order.

Shopping Cart Errors- MilanMinerals makes EVERY attempt to have our shopping cart in working condition and error free at all times,but mistakes do happen.MilanMinerals apologizes for any inconvience to you. If a sale code you are trying to use is valid time and date wise,yet is not working for you please contact us ASAP and we will make any corrections. Also if you should be charged for an item be it product or shipping you will be contacted.MilanMinerals reserves the right to cancel or correct any order where there may have been a cart malfunction.

Does MilanMinerals do local pick-up or drop off of orders?- No. MilanMinerals  processes and ships local orders in the same manner and timeframe as our orders we ship out of state.
